Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsibilities for this position will include but not limited to Production.
∎ Direct and control the production of the company.
∎ Monitor product standards and implement quality control as per schedule.
∎ Ensure that health and safety guidelines are followed.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Russian/Polish language will be additional qualification
∎ Training on Purchase Negotiation, managerial communication, motivating employees & team building will be preferable.
