Responsibilities & Context:
Ensure smooth, uninterrupted and quality production operations of metal items.
Maintain health and safety standards in Production Unit.
Ensure required raw materials raising requisitions and proposals.
Set daily/weekly/monthly production target and achieve the target ensuring the quality of standard.
Ensuring that the daily production target is fulfilled and the schedules of supply chain are followed accurately.
Performing inventory inspections and reordering supplies and stock as necessary for store.
Coordinate with the Sales & Marketing, Accounts & Finance, and Supply Chain Division to solve product-related complications as and when required.
Identify and overcome barriers to successful product development.
Check overall costing, consumption rate and ensure inventory control.
Generate different reports on raw materials, finished goods, and production proceedings.
Oversee the entire production process and ensure maximum production with minimum cost.
Reduce wastage of resources, minimize the cost of production & improve the efficiency of production.
Any other job assigned by the management as and when required.
