Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Collaborating with the producer, director, and production team
∎ Coordinating resources, facilities, and production logistics
∎ Attending rehearsals, planning meetings, and ensuring timely production
∎ Managing copyright, royalties, and artist payments
∎ Creating and managing production budgets and expenses
∎ Overseeing timing, continuity, and shot lists during shoots
∎ Liaising with camera, sound crews, and other departments
∎ Booking artists, performers, and arranging travel/accommodation
∎ Organizing scripts, catering, equipment, and external contracts
∎ Conducting research and completing relevant paperwork
