Responsibilities & Context:
· Develop and implement production and operations aligned with company objectives
· Coordinate with production, logistics, and quality teams to ensure smooth operations
· Monitor production schedules, capacity planning, and inventory levels
· Ensure optimal utilization of manpower, machinery, and materials
· Identify operational bottlenecks and implement corrective actions
· Analyze production data, KPIs, and reports to improve efficiency and reduce costs
· Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and company policies
· Lead, train, and motivate the operations planning team
· Support management with accurate forecasts and operational insights
