Job Responsibilities:
∎ Service Quality Standard maintenance:
∎ Developing and revising of the service quality standard for Consumer White Goods Finance
∎ Conducting the Gap Analysis of the service quality and performance of the product
∎ Setting target for Service quality improvement and continuous evaluation of the performance
∎ Planning and monitoring the service quality of the product on continuous basis
∎ Service Delivery:
∎ Ensuring service delivery as per the Service quality standard
∎ Partnering with our customers to effectively resolve integration and/or product issues
∎ Troubleshooting of the customer service-related issues
∎ Answering how-to questions and helping customers navigate services of IPDC
∎ Collaborating with internal teams to deliver a great customer experience
∎ Continuous Improvement:
∎ Identifying the improvement areas and making development plans accordingly
∎ Diagnosing web integration and product issues and engaging with our product and engineering teams using established processes
∎ Mastering platform use cases and communicating the appropriate use case to customers
∎ Reporting:
∎ Making necessary service quality related reports
∎ Keeping the management updated about the process and service quality performance
Additional Requirements:
∎ Candidates having experience in Customer Service will be preferred.
∎ Strong Presentation Skill
∎ Attention to Detail
∎ Analytical Skill
∎ Good Communication Skill
∎ Sound knowledge on MS Office package.
