Job Responsibilities:
∎ As a Product Quality Manager, you have ownership to set and drive a strategy over the development of Supply Chain Partners (Suppliers) in terms of product quality standards, quality management systems (QMS) and requirements for quality systems (RQS) and further developments for the region.
∎ You are responsible for driving overall implementations of Group brand’s quality requirements, methods, and routines with Quality Team to secure a strong and consistent understanding within suppliers and production units
∎ You set impactful goals aligned with the long-term quality strategy for the product and ensure the quality team achieves the goals
∎ You set actions in order to solve current and future equality problems/stopped orders/customer claims, after doing assessments and analysis in the region. You ensure the best quality product through cooperation between Internal stakeholders and external stakeholders (Suppliers) and update all stakeholders regularly about all on-going quality improvement activities.
∎ You build as strong quality team with the right knowledge in the region, evaluate and secure quality organization in accordance with present and future needs/challenges.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 45 years
∎ Preferably 8-10 years of professional working experience in similar role
∎ Work experience in European company will be preferred.
∎ Able to maintain strong cooperation & communication with managers and other concerned parties within the region to promote equality with the customer in mind
∎ Excellent written and spoken English
∎ Is a driven team player that can guide, involve and inspire the rest of the team
∎ Detail-oriented, with strong organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills
∎ Strong problem solving skills and decision-making abilities
∎ Bigger picture thinking and ability to understand business needs of different functions and how they are interlinked.
∎ Flexibility and willingness to adapt to change
∎ Ability to handle and stay motivated in high pressure situations
