Job Context:
∎ The Product Manager is responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the Product Lifecycle, including: gathering and prioritizing model wise product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with productions, sales, marketing and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.
∎ The Product Manager’s job also includes ensuring that the product supports the company’s overall strategy and goals. Product Managers drive action through the company mainly through written documents supported by presentations.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Product Order Management, Sales Management and Inventory follow up (PSI management);
∎ Liaison with Bangladesh Branch office regarding Trade Promotion and Consumer Promotion based on seasonality;
∎ Communicate with field team regularly for sales follow-up, market feedback and gather market Intelligence;
∎ Channel and category wise sales analysis and plan for sales improvement;
∎ Monitoring and analyzing competitor's market activities;
∎ Coordinate with marketing team for on time promotion execution with all POS and communication;
∎ Product Shipment update and monitoring.
