∎ Masters degree in Marketing/ MBA(major in Marketing) or related field.

∎ 5 to 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Corporate sales and Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): IT Enabled Service

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Create new corporate/ industrial or group customer to accrue the sales target.
∎ Lead the sales team to fulfill the monthly as well as yearly sales target as set by the management.
∎ Supervise & Monitor effective market visit of the team members (TM) to existing and potential customers in retail area to increase the sales
∎ Acquire product knowledge on own products as well as competitors product, price, feature, marketing strategy, distribution policy and promotional activities.
∎ Achieve company revenue and profit target with proper planning and execution.
∎ Prepare weekly and monthly sales closing report.
∎ Any other responsibilities as and when assigned by the management will be treated as a duty.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should be excellent in verbal and written communication
∎ Corporate sales, teams manage, reporting, sales boost up strategy
∎ should be punctual to maintain proper office timing
∎ Should have positive attitude toward going out of Dhaka once or twice in a week to visit clients.
∎ Should have skill to setup modern and effective marketing & sales strategy for development of existing sales volume.
∎ Should have strong database record to guide subordinates to grab the database customers.
∎ Should have knowledge on:
∎ Intelligent (PA/VA) Public address & voice alarm Systems, Audio & Video Conference System.
∎ Bio-metric Authentication Solutions (Access Control with time Attendance Systems).
