Experience:

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering

• B.Sc. in Mechanical / Electrical & Electronic Engineering (ME/EEE) from a reputed university.

• MBA preferred.

• 8 to 10 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry)

• Age 25 to 35 years

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management, product development, or a similar leadership role, preferably in IT-driven or electric vehicle industries.

• Strong knowledge of IoT, embedded systems, and software integration in hardware products.

• Familiarity with sustainable design principles and the electric vehicle market is a plus.

Core Responsibility:

• Lead the assigned product category, driving end-to-end operations and achieving business targets through effective planning and execution.

• Manage sourcing, procurement, and supply chain activities (local & international) in coordination with relevant departments, ensuring timely delivery with top-quality standards.

Additional Responsibility:

• Develop, review, and finalize various contracts/agreements (NDA, MoU, AMC, service, spare parts, SKD/CKD BOM) along with pre-inspection checklists.

• Organize and conduct monthly product training sessions for Sales Consultants and cross-functional teams to enhance product knowledge and performance. Maintain the monthly market visit schedule to enhance product sales through effective planning and implementation.

• Maintain and implement SOP, IQC/PQC/OQC protocols, ensuring process standardization, compliance, and necessary customization.

• Perform any other duties assigned by the Management/HOD/Supervisor
