Additional Requirements:
Familiar with Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Processes, Mold & Die, and Product Engineering Concepts.
Responsibilities & Context:
This position is basically core of Engineering and Manufacturing team & will report to PE Manager.
Implementation of PE tools like: PPAP, DFMEA, PFMEA, DMAIC.
Generate BOM for different CE product models.
Coordinate with SCM and Warehouse team for ensuring proper monitoring of Direct Purchased Material Consumption as per BOM.
Technical Portion dealing with Vendor & Local Parts Management.
Applying design quality tools to ensure manufacturability and sustained quality.
Working on Consumer Electronics Projects [Refrigerator, Air-Conditioner, Washing Machine, Microwave Oven].
Level by Level Material BoM Validation and Implementation.
Product Cost Reduction & Value Engineering Activities.
