Fashion Design, fashion technology, Pattern making, Product Development
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Boutique/ Fashion
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead the Product Development form Sketch to Approval ( Sourcing,Pattern,Fit,Approved )
∎ Work as a Dress Fit Technician for Dummy and Live fit.
∎ Help Pattern Master for Fit Develop or Fit alternation.
∎ Conduct of fittings in cooperation with the technical team.
∎ Develop Sampling follow up from the start to the final stage.
∎ Experiment on new technique of garment and fabric.
∎ Monitoring the design and development of sample product and fabric development.
∎ Communicate with Buying design and development, testing product designs using models, prototypes, specialist computer software and computer-aided design (CAD) technology.
∎ Design and technical support to factory concern.
∎ Prepare material requirement sheet and get sourcing done of required trims and accessories from local and imported suppliers
∎ Check finished sample and arrange to send the samples to the buyer
∎ Value added processes like printing and embroidery work is get done by merchants if required in product
∎ Any Others Task Assigned by Management
∎ Work for Women Dress fit.
∎ Sketching, Tech pack alternation are preferable.
∎ Bangladesh Garments Factory

∎ Age 25 to 50 years

∎ Fluent Speaking, Writing Skill,
