Job Responsibilities:
∎ Research to find new business avenues through effective management of product.
∎ Design the new process flow and find new technology to make the process faster and efficient.
∎ Carry out initiatives to develop new partnership and marketing channels to acquire businesses and deliver product & service to the customers.
∎ Analyse the comparative pricing to recommend the pricing of the products based on the competitiveness and product offering.
∎ Prepare budget & strategic plan for the product.
∎ Engage partners organizations by designing & executing campaigns to grow the product portfolio.
∎ Develop innovative partnerships & marketing channels to acquire businesses and service customers.
∎ Prepare dashboards, trackers and reports on business development including market comparison analysis, feasibility studies, etc.

∎ Sound interpersonal skill & Negotiation skill
∎ Excellent business pitching skills
∎ Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings
∎ Networking, attention to detail and multi-tasking
∎ Strong analytical skills
∎ Sound verbal & written communication skills both in Bangla & English.
∎ Sound knowledge on MS Office package
