∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in SCM
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: SCM
∎ Skills Required: ERP, Excellency in Microsoft Excel, Excellent written and verbal communication in English, Negotiation Skills
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Must have experience with local purchase in RMG or Textile Industry, Purchase Department
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Check requisition daily and buy the product as per requisition.
∎ Perform inventory inspections and record supplies and stock as necessary.
∎ Collect competitive price from suppliers & prepare a comparative statement for management decision.
∎ Conduct product research and source new suppliers and vendors.
∎ Procure at the right time, in the right quantity, and of the right quality.
∎ Update and maintain records of all orders, payments, and received stock collecting quotations, prepare comparative analysis Inspection and acceptance of goods, verification of invoices and submission of payment requests.
∎ Responsible for daily procurement in a timely and cost-effective way.
∎ Maintain records of goods ordered and received
∎ Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analysis
∎ Maintain records of goods ordered and received
∎ Proper control of purchasing department budgets.
∎ Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the management

∎ Age 25 to 32 years
