Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar data analysis tools.
Ability to interpret market trends and competitor pricing strategies.
Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel – must be able to use formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis tools.
Excellent communication and coordination skills for managing field teams and supplier interactions.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where pricing decisions must be made quickly.
Basic knowledge of machinery of garments & textiles (utility, knitting, dyeing, finishing, cutting, sewing & packaging machines).
Basic knowledge of spare parts of garments & textile machinery.
Candidates with ERP/SAP Software experience will get preference.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to work with a wide variety of people every day.
Good negotiation skills.

AKH Knitting & Dyeing Ltd. (AKDL) is a 100% Export Oriented Knit Composite Factory located at Hemayetpur, Savar and a sister concern of AKH Group. We are looking for 02 skilled and experienced Machinery Procurement Executive. He should ensures the right materials, at the right time, in the right quantity, quality, and price are obtained from the right suppliers.
Job Responsibilities :
- Responsible for sourcing and purchasing materials, negotiating with suppliers, and maintaining inventory flow.
Responsible to maintain Procurement Flow :
- Material Requisition (from production or planning dept.)
- Supplier Identification / Quotation Request
- Price & Quality Evaluation
- Negotiation & Purchase Order (PO)
- Material Delivery & Inspection
- Invoice Verification & Payment
- Performance Review of Suppliers
- Attention to detail to track price changes, supplier updates, and sales trends accurately.
