Must know the production process.
Good Communication skills.
Responsibilities & Context:
Monitor and control daily production processes.
Identify and eliminate bottlenecks, inefficiencies and defects.
Develop and update process Flow Diagrams (PFDs) and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety regulations.
Perform root cause analysis for production issues.
Implement process improvements (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen).
Coordinate with maintenance, quality and tool engineering teams.
Track KPIs like cycle time, rejection rate and productivity.
Support new product/process introduction.
