B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering (ME) / IPE from any reputed University.

• 5 to 8 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances

• Age 25 to 35 years

• Should have previous experience in manufacturing line, especially extrusion process, injection process and chemical processing.

• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, fabrication methods and tool design will get preference. 

• Must be very good at algorithms and analytical skills.

• Intensive knowledge on AUTOCAD.

• Proactively engage in the planning, design, implementation.

• Results orientated with ability to plan and deliver against project deadlines.

• Teamwork skills and Project management skills.

• Decision-making and Problem-solving ability.

• Design and develop processes to optimize efficient process flow, reduce process or product variability, improve process capability for Kitchen Appliance Products.

• Develop, verify, and validate products from process development to successful commercialization.

• Develop and maintain process optimization and validation programs.

• Coordinate with all section related to Kitchen Appliance production.

• Develop best practices, routines and innovative solutions to improve production rates and quality of output.

• Evaluate new process configuration options via flowsheet synthesis to identify leading configuration options that warrant further development.
