উপজেলা ব্রাঞ্চ ম্যানেজার অবশ্যই মহিলা হতে হবে
উপজেলা সহকারী পুরুষ আবেদন করতে পারবে
ব্রাঞ্চ ম্যানেজারের বেতন ২০ হাজার থেকে ৩৬ হাজার টাকা
সরকারি ব্রাঞ্চ ম্যানেজার ১৮ হাজার থেকে ৩২ হাজার টাকা
বয়স হতে হবে ৩০ বছর থেকে ৪৮ বছর
উভয় ক্ষেত্রেই ন্যূনতম স্নাতক ডিগ্রি থাকতে হবে
ব্রাঞ্চ অফিস পরিচালনা করার অভিজ্ঞতা থাকতে হবে
অভিজ্ঞতা ন্যূনতম ১ বছর
