Experience:

• 2 to 4 years

• Proven experience as a private chef or in fine dining.

• Culinary degree or relevant certifications preferred.

• Strong knowledge of international and subcontinental cuisines, nutrition, and plating.

• Thorough knowledge about food nutrition, calories

• Excellent time management and organizational skills.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and a professional demeanor.

• Flexibility with hours and availability for occasional travel (if required).

• Knowledge of kitchen sanitation regulations.

• Experience with organic, vegetarian, vegan, or gluten-free meals.

• Ability to cook both local and international dishes.

• Experience serving high-profile clients or VIP households.

Context: We are seeking a highly skilled, experienced, and discreet Private Chef to join a private household and provide daily meals with a focus on quality, nutrition, and presentation. The ideal candidate should have a strong culinary background, a passion for creating diverse cuisines, and the ability to cater to dietary preferences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan weekly menus in consultation with a dietitian.
• Prepare breakfast, lunch (and snacks if required).
• Prepare a meal considering low-carbohydrate and high-protein ingredients. 
• Shop for fresh, high-quality ingredients or manage procurement.
• Maintain a clean and hygienic kitchen at all times.
• Cater to specific dietary needs, allergies, or health restrictions.
• Occasionally cook for small gatherings.
• Ensure proper storage of ingredients and inventory control.
