● Certifications: CISSP (mandatory); CISA, CISM, CRISC, or Cloud/Kubernetes Security Specialty preferred

● Strong expertise in cloud & on-prem architecture, Zero Trust, defense-in-depth, CSPM

● Proficiency in IaaS, PaaS, SaaS security models, risk assessments and incident response

● Knowledge of ISO 27001, GDPR and governance frameworks

● Strong analytical, leadership and collaboration skills

● Ability to adapt strategies based on evolving threat intelligence

● Lead the design and implementation of enterprise security architectures for hybrid environments

● Establish frameworks for vulnerability management, threat modeling, and risk assessments

● Guide secure development practices, infrastructure hardening, and CI/CD security integration

● Develop incident response plans and oversee execution and post-event reviews

● Collaborate with governance, compliance, DevOps, and infrastructure teams to ensure security alignment

● Monitor threat intelligence and adapt strategies to evolving risk landscapes

● Drive security culture through awareness programs and training across the organization

● Manage and evaluate security vendors to ensure compliance and architectural consistency
