The Principal Architect (Industrial) position entails leading the design, planning, and execution of large-scale industrial projects. This senior role requires expertise in industrial architecture, project management, and strategic planning to deliver innovative, efficient, and compliant industrial facilities. 

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage architectural design for industrial facilities.

• Ensure projects adhere to industry standards, safety regulations, and client requirements.

• Develop comprehensive architectural designs and plans.

• Prepare detailed blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications. 

• Work with engineers, construction managers, and stakeholders for project success.

• Engage with clients to gather requirements and provide design solutions.

• Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure adherence to design specifications.

• Implement quality control measures and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

• Develop project budgets and ensure financial constraints are met.

• Oversee procurement of materials and resources for cost-effectiveness and quality.
