Responsibilities & Context:
∎ The Principal Architect (Industrial) position entails leading the design, planning, and execution of large-scale industrial projects. This senior role requires expertise in industrial architecture, project management, and strategic planning to deliver innovative, efficient, and compliant industrial facilities.
∎ Responsibilities:
∎ Lead and manage architectural design for industrial facilities.
∎ Ensure projects adhere to industry standards, safety regulations, and client requirements.
∎ Develop comprehensive architectural designs and plans.
∎ Prepare detailed blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
∎ Work with engineers, construction managers, and stakeholders for project success.
∎ Engage with clients to gather requirements and provide design solutions.
∎ Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure adherence to design specifications.
∎ Implement quality control measures and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
∎ Develop project budgets and ensure financial constraints are met.
∎ Oversee procurement of materials and resources for cost-effectiveness and quality.
∎ Utilize advanced architectural software and BIM tools for project accuracy and efficiency.
∎ Stay informed about industry trends and technological advancements.

∎ Excellent project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
