Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in relevant field (Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, Gender Studies, etc.) but we preferred for Psychology background

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ Contract period: 30 June 2020 (with the possibility of extension)
∎ Line Manager: GBV Coordinator
∎ Staff Manager:Outreach workers, Outreach Volunteers
∎ Location: Based in Cox`s Bazar with daily field visits to the Rohingya Refugee camp

Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience in counselling, social work, women's sexual and reproductive health, or others related field
∎ Clear understanding of and interest in the wellbeing of women and girls, and supporting their healing after the experience of violence;
∎ Understanding of case management, psychosocial support and life skills programming to promote survivor healing and recovery
∎ Demonstrated understanding of and ability to maintain confidentiality and respect for survivors.
∎ Positive and professional attitude, including ability to lead and work well in a team setting
∎ Strong ability to maintain composure, prioritize work under pressure, and work in a difficult environment.
