Educational Requirements:
∎ Must be B.Sc Eng./ BBA/ MBA/ Masters from any reputed university, preference for the IPE graduates.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage administration of designated program within time limits and on budget.
∎ Organize, plan and coordinate all production division and related vendors.
∎ Lead a team and manage daily operation to meet production schedules and targets.
∎ Assist Manager in developing and implementing production and quality systems.
∎ Collect and analyse production data to monitor production performance.
∎ Provide training and technical support to operations staff.
∎ Identify potential risk in operation and report to the general manager.
∎ Requirements
∎ Higher Diploma or textile Degree or equivalent
∎ At least 6 years' relevant experience in large scale production factory.
∎ Proficient in both written and spoken English.
∎ Possess excellent leadership and management skills

Additional Requirements:
∎ Must be 4/5-year experience in production/material planning with good knowledge in industrial thread dyeing production process.
∎ Proficient in computer operation specially MS Power Point, MS Excel and MS Word;
∎ Working experience in SAP/Oracle ERP will be preferred.
∎ Experience in 100% export-oriented accessories company

Salary: Negotiable
