Educational Requirements:
∎ S.S.C/H.S.C & higher educational qualification with computer handling skill will get advantage.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintains the Reception Desk at the gate
∎ Controls/supervises the security guards of Factory
∎ Prepare duty schedule
∎ Control/ supervise and maintain the documents related to security
∎ Visit security guard posts
∎ Be responsible for daily attendance record for all the security personnel working in your area of responsibility.
∎ Daily check on the guard attendance register/sign.
∎ Conduct safety/ security awareness training of security personnel as per training program
∎ Deal with incidents as and when required
∎ Assess the needs of security enhancement on any emergency
∎ Any other duties detailed by a senior officer/ management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in garments industry will get preference
∎ Retired Sergeant/ Corporals (equivalent) of Army/Navy/Air Force are highly encouraged to apply.
∎ Candidate should have Management Proficiency, Surveillance Skills, Ability of Analyzing Information, Coordination, Reporting Skills, Dealing with Complex situations
∎ Must be willing to stay near factory area
