Responsibilities:
Achieve Sales and Collection against Targets by proper planning, organizing, implementing and evaluating.
Follow up products and ensure on time delivery.
Ensure daily visit or communication with customers/ clients or dealers.
Customer Management and Control (Prepare & maintain master database of customers, dealers, build up and maintain strong & trustworthy relationship with the customers).
Conduct client meetings, prepare quotations and presentations in case of Corporate Sales.
Ensure proper customer satisfaction through proper customer entertainment, customer service etc.
Analyze competitor products, prices, and services.
Provide excellent after Sales service.
