Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage and monitor the portfolio and its growth & risk
∎ Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure inbound and outbound cross-sell portfolio growth, risk monitoring.
∎ Monitor Non-Performing Asset (NPA)
∎ Track, monitor, and report achievement of set targets, objectives, and budget.
∎ Identify areas of improvement in processes and recommend initiatives to drive service, time and cost efficiency.
∎ Develop product & process to ensure alignment with strategic objectives
∎ Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure system development, modification, and enhancement within budget and committed deadlines
