Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve individual target on daily, weekly & monthly basis set by respective Sales Team Manager.
∎ Must be target oriented, performance/number driven and ensure achievement on time.
∎ Must visit clients on daily basis & create a robust portfolio for sustainable business.
∎ Must have capability to build a strong relationship with the existing and prospective customers.
∎ Must be proactive and ability to deliver under pressure to meet deadline.
∎ Collect and complete applications with all required documents on daily basis from good and prospective clients.
∎ Prepare call report on daily, weekly & monthly basis and submit to Sales Team Manager regularly.
∎ Ensure proper service to each and every customers as par company policy.
∎ Ensure end to end sales lead closure with accountability.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must be comfortable in visiting clients on a regular basis
∎ Excellent interpersonal skills and salesmanship
Salary: Tk. 20000 - 25000 (Monthly)
