Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounts and Finance, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounts and Finance
∎ Any other certification regarding Financial Management would be an asset
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Accounts Finance, Accounts Payable Receivable, Cash Flow Management, Money Collection, Very good skill in Excel
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Bakery (Cake, Biscuit, Bread), Beverage, Manufacturing (FMCG)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor and control of overall Accounts and Finance of distribution houses channels
∎ Inspect cash in hand, receivable payable & Physical stock, and market verification
∎ Preparing and maintaining vouchers for all transactions like sales, collections, expenses, banks, fixed assets, accruals, petty cash etc
∎ Preparation of monthly, quarterly, half yearly & yearly accounts
∎ Daily cash closing, daily disbursement up to date, daily outstanding report, collection report, daily purchase, sales & all kind of cost up to date in software
∎ Maintain organizational accounts (Cash Book/ Bank Book/petty cash book/receivables/vendors ledgers, other relevant register)
∎ Assists to prepare financial statement & various financial reporting
∎ Check & Verify all kinds of bill, voucher for ensuring the accuracy of bills submitted by vendors & process payment
∎ Responsible for preparation of trial balance, profit & loss accounts, and balance Sheet of the Company
∎ Monitoring provision, liabilities, receivable, advance, inventory & other significant areas to support accurate accounting & financial discipline with proper supporting
∎ Manage daily cash and bank balances of distribution houses

∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
