Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Chemical Engineering/Applied Chemistry/Polymer Science /Chemistry.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Test and analyze the properties and performance of polymers through laboratory experiments and simulations.
∎ Cost analysis and cost reduce of plastics product.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product designs meet performance, cost, and manufacturability goals.
∎ Guide to designer for optimize product design for strength, durability, and other desired properties.
∎ Establish and conduct quality control tests to ensure polymer products meet industry and regulatory standards.
∎ Develop testing protocols and standards for polymer materials and products.
∎ Select appropriate polymer materials for specific applications.
∎ Develop and optimize processing techniques, such as extrusion, injection molding, and 3D printing, to shape and produce polymer products.
∎ Troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing issues related to polymer processing.
∎ Explore and implement sustainable practices and materials in polymer engineering to reduce environmental impact.
∎ Consider recycling, biodegradability, and green chemistry principles in material and product design.
∎ Stay up-to-date with regulations and standards related to polymer materials and products.
∎ Work on future plastics that’s will apply on product.
∎ Work on label material to apply on covenant plastics.
∎ Work on adhesive to apply on continent plastics.
