Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead the technical architecture design and development of our platform, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
∎ Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to define technical requirements and create detailed implementation plans.
∎ Mentor and coach team members, providing technical guidance and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
∎ Drive the adoption of best practices and standards for software development, including code review processes, testing methodologies, and deployment strategies.
∎ Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies, and evaluate their potential impact on our platform.
∎ Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, providing timely and effective solutions.
∎ Ensure compliance with security and data privacy standards, and implement measures to protect sensitive information.
∎ Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality software increments.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize and address technical debt and maintenance tasks.
∎ Contribute to the development of the GDH long term strategies and its successful implementation within the organization.
∎ Forecast and submit budget proposals, and effectively recommends subsequent budget changes where necessary.
∎ Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
∎ Develop and deliver platforms with necessary planning of GDH’s existing core, new core, and DevOps initiatives.
∎ Lead, manage and contribute GDH DTE initiatives and Catalyst global Project of GDH eco-system/service on boarding.
∎ Define, plan & deliver platform transformation from physical platforms to virtualization/private/public Cloud and manage to migrate existing workloads.
∎ Contribute to design high available, optimized infrastructure for Digital Health Care, FinTech, AI, ML & Analytics platforms.
∎ Vendor management with proper communication matrix and following predefined timeline of deliverables. Collect and understand internal solution requirement and proceed with supervisor’s guideline to ensure system availability.
∎ Prepare project related documents following Agile methodology (i.e. RFQ, Evaluation, Business Case etc.).
∎ Effective capacity planning and lifecycle management including BAU expansion of IT cloud, storage & data protection systems for business continuation with utmost optimization and Platforms Design/Architect with innovation.
