Educational Requirements:
∎ Post-graduation in social science, preferably in statistics, Economics, sociology anthropology, or any other relevant subjects from a reputed institution.
∎ At least five years of experience in the design and implementation of M&E in development projects
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Contribute to developing and strengthening project planning, monitoring, and evaluation procedures.
∎ Monitor project progress in terms of output, outcome, and impact towards achieving the project goal and objectives.
∎ Develop result indicators to measure the project success.
∎ Undertake regular field visits for monitoring study and internal assessment on achievement of results.
∎ Monitor the sustainability of the project's results.
∎ Provide feedback to the project/program team on project strategies and activities for improvement.
∎ Participate in project reviews and planning workshops and assist the Head of PME in preparing relevant reports.
∎ Assist Head of PME in developing the Annual Report of the organization.
∎ Assist Head of PME in developing a quarterly newsletter
∎ Assist the project personnel with M&E tools and support them in their use.
∎ Assist Head of PME in designing monitoring plan, Performance Measurement Framework, etc.
∎ Develop quantitative and qualitative data collection tools.
∎ Data collection, analysis, and periodic monitoring report for the projects.
∎ Ensure compliance and quality of data in line with CCDB and donor requirements.
∎ Ensure quality of data to measure the impact of the project interventions through various approaches using qualitative and quantitative processes.
∎ Prepare success stories, document learnings, etc.
∎ Assist Head of PME in developing project proposals.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Must have excellent quantitative and qualitative data analysis skills.
∎ Must have a good understanding on logical framework and theory of change.
∎ Have knowledge on data collection techniques, sampling methodology, and M&E concepts.
∎ Able to take decisions promptly, prioritize and multi-task seamlessly.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
∎ Team player with experience in multi-cultural and multi-ethnic environments.
∎ Proficient with MS office suite
∎ Must have experience in developing quantitative and qualitative data collection tools.
∎ Must have data analysis skills using software like SPSS, STATA, etc.
∎ Experience in developing data entry screens and collecting data using KOBO Toolbox, ODK, etc.
∎ Excellent spoken and written English language skills and the capacity to produce quality reports.
∎ Self-motivated, amiable, mingled in various cultures, and have strong ethics and integrity.
∎ Excellent presentation skills.
∎ Ability to work in a team.
∎ Photography/photo editing will be an added advantage.
Salary: Tk. 35000 - 40000 (Monthly)
