Job Context:
∎ We are looking for interested candidates for the mentioned position who has initiative, drive and self-motivation to take challenges to deliver high-quality results with coordination among wet process, dry process, sewing production, merchandising team.
∎ Job Location: Konabari, Gazipur
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The candidate will be responsible for making an effective monthly production plan/ advance plan of the orders in consultation and coordination with Merchandising, Production.
∎ Reviewing the production plan with capacity and strength along with ensuring timely shipment through strong production follow-up.
∎ Prepare production planning & execute the plan accordingly.
∎ Follow up all pre-production activities & update TNA.
∎ Highlight production anomalies & suggest for needful steps to concern management.
∎ Order status monitoring & regularly scheduled meeting with Merchandising & Marketing team for order planning & proper man/ machine allocation with low-level planning dashboard development.
∎ Building a relationship with merchandising department & Production people (store, development dry process, IE, & Quality) for smooth operation.
∎ Ensure accurate & optimal capacity planning, while ensuring cost reduction & increased profitability.
∎ Always be updated on production status whether it is meeting the production plan or not. If not make a root cause analysis and give a quick solution for a smooth operation.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 29 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The candidate should have adequate technical know-how on jeans washing.
