∎ 10 to 12 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead the organizing the Fabric planning team to ensure smooth operation of Knitting, Dyeing & garments unit.
∎ Received sample & bulk fabric program from concern Product developers/Merchandisers.
∎ Prepared sample & bulk fabric plan based on priority and availability
∎ Lead technical analysis to finalize knitting parameter (yarn count, stitch length, machine dial, gauge etc.) in order to achieve expected quality of fabric with minimum cost of production.
∎ Source just in time & appropriate yarn for on time delivery of Fabric.
∎ Communicates with marketing/merchandising/development/designers' team in order to extract requirements of new development/sample and leads team members to produce the same
∎ Finalizes process sequence (SOP) of knitting department for both sample & bulk for various types of fabric.
∎ Actively participates with Knitting, dyeing & finishing section in order to synchronize entire fabric production process for both sample & bulk (from yarn to finish fabric)
∎ Participates in APIS (Advanced problem Identification & solution) meeting and resolves difficulties related to fabric.
∎ Communicate with all share holder (internal & external) regarding fabric related technical explanation & requirements.
∎ Make appropriate Fabric plan, follow-up the yarn sourcing, production & delivery schedule as per stakeholder requirements.
∎ Any other responsibility assigns by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 10 to 12 years experience in denim apparels factory.
∎ Good communication skill.
∎ Knowledge of Microsoft excels.
∎ Needs to be adaptable and must good team work spirit.
∎ Candidate will require closely working / following up with merchandising, supply chain, IE and production.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Fabric Planning
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments
∎ Strong command over MS Office
∎ Good Fabric Knowledge
∎ Very Good Leadership & Motivational quality
∎ Should be honest and a very good team player
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skill
∎ Strong organizational, time management, and analytical skills
∎ Candidate will require closely working/ following up with merchandising, supply chain, IE and production.
