∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering

Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): IE, Production planning

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should have an excellent Production Management capability.
∎ Prepare a plans and schedules workflow for the each department.
∎ Prepares daily production reports.
∎ Responsible for effective Production planning.
∎ Follow up floors for effectively planning implementation.
∎ Order status monitoring & regular schedule meeting with merchandising & marketing for order planning.
∎ Building relationship with Merchandising department & production people for smooth operation.
∎ Ensure the accurate & optimal capacity planning, while ensuring cost reduction & increased profitability.
∎ Manage production planning staff and scheduling of raw material to meet production schedules.
∎ Always be updated on production status whether it is meeting the production plan or not, if not then make a root cause analysis and give quick solution for a smooth operation.
∎ Close relationship with operational teams to ensure on time delivery of products & optimal utilization of equipment & manpower.
∎ Reviewing production plan with capacity & strength along with ensuring timely shipment target.
∎ Analyze and evaluation of production plans and present operational performances.
∎ Able to make the advancement of planning software.
∎ Any others tasks assigned by the management from time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Should have experience as a planner for minimum 50 lines in a garments.
∎ Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience in any reputed Knit composite garments factory(s) out of which minimum 5 years in Planner (Dept. Planning / RMG) Position.
∎ Strong leadership, team management, problem solving and multi-tasking skill.
∎ Must have the ability to supervise and inspire team members.
∎ Good Communication skills in both English and Bengali.
∎ Good knowledge & skills in computing.
∎ Strong technical knowledge in Planning & it's SOP.
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame.
∎ Good inter-personal & communication skills.
∎ Needs to have Strong knowledge/understanding of Planning.
∎ Capacity of planning for 150 lines.
