∎ Minimum 2–3 years of experience in product or commercial photography, preferably in an e-commerce environment.
∎ Strong portfolio showcasing clean, consistent, and well-composed product and lifestyle images.
∎ Proficiency with DSLR/Mirrorless cameras, studio lighting setups, and related photography gear.
∎ Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, or equivalent tools is a plus.
∎ Solid understanding of visual storytelling, product presentation, composition, and color theory.
∎ Ability to manage multiple shoots and tight deadlines with efficiency and professionalism.
∎ Detail-oriented, creative, and a strong team player with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Capture high-quality product and lifestyle imagery in line with brand aesthetics and e-commerce standards.
∎ Ensure visual consistency across all product categories in terms of lighting, color accuracy, and styling.
∎ Plan, prepare, and manage daily photoshoot schedules, ensuring timely execution.
∎ Design both textile and non-textile photoshoot layouts for newer photoshoots.
∎ Lead the basic studio operations and collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders.
∎ Review and quality-check images to meet both technical and creative standards before submission and perform initial image edits such as cropping, exposure correction, and color balancing before handover to post-production.
∎ Set up, operate, and maintain studio equipment including cameras, lighting, and backdrops.
∎ Organize, archive, and maintain a structured digital asset library for easy retrieval and reference.
∎ Prepare performance analysis and operational reports.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the program's goals on safeguarding implementation.
∎ Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
