Job Context:
∎ The Pharmacy Lead will establish functioning sleeping items tracking systems and ensure warehouse and field-level facilities implementation. S/He will assist the Sr. Manager-Health in agency-level reporting and other documentation to the JRRP programs.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Key Result # 1: Warehouse management
∎ Assist to warehouse officer to maintain appropriate stock management procedures
∎ Ensure the proper cold chain/temperature is maintained in the warehouse
∎ Prepare/compile D1/D2/D4 or relevant report for the line manager and donor
∎ Respect FH and donors' physical stock management requirements (organization, cleaning, and ventilation)
∎ Key Result # 2: Pharmacy management
∎ Plan and prepare an annual budget for medicine, medical supplies, equipment, and other pharmacy activities
∎ Provide professional advice and support on all pharmaceutical management issues in the clinic's stockrooms and warehouse
∎ Monitor and maintain sleeping items tracking system and adequate medicines supply levels
∎ Ensure proper medicine storage in the warehouse; report expired and damaged medicines
∎ Key Result # 3: Assets and equipment management
∎ Ensure secure storage of all medicine assets in the stores, office, and all other facilities
∎ Assist periodical and annual inventory counting and report to the line management according to FH procedures
∎ Ensuring all field office locations maintain appropriate standards and practices
∎ Key Result # 4: Inventories/Stock management (Medical Items)
∎ Conduct/assist weekly stock inventory and ensure that stock cards are up to date and accurate
∎ Compile regular stock reports for the line manager
∎ Initiate/compile the request for all field level medical items
∎ key Result # 5: Staff management and development
∎ Ensure the proper supervision all pharmacy staff at the field level
∎ Model leadership to all staff and develop key staff's leadership potential in the FH field by working closely with the senior leadership team and coaching and mentoring the vital direct reports
∎ Ensure the proper orientation, training, development, and care of all filed pharmacy staff

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 38 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Ability to travel up to 40% of the year in the FH field offices and medical facilities

Salary: Negotiable
