The candidate should have strong organizational skills, excellent command of English, and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality while supporting executive operations.
Provide confidential and professional secretarial support to the Chairman.
Maintain office files, documents, and correspondence for efficient office operations.
Manage the Chairman’s schedule, appointments, meetings, and conferences.
Arrange and coordinate official meetings and travel schedules.
Prepare meeting notes and minutes.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, letters, phone calls).
Screen phone calls and redirect them when appropriate.
Maintain the executive agenda and assist in planning official engagements.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Chairman.
