Responsibilities & Context:

Northern University Bangladesh Trust (NUBT) invites applications from smart, energetic, and highly professional individuals for the position of Personal Secretary/Coordinator to the Chairman. The candidate should have strong organizational skills, excellent command of English, and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality while supporting executive operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide confidential and professional secretarial support to the Chairman.

  • Maintain office files, documents, and correspondence for efficient office operations.

  • Manage the Chairman’s schedule, appointments, meetings, and conferences.

  • Arrange and coordinate official meetings and travel schedules.

  • Prepare meeting notes and minutes.

  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, letters, phone calls).

  • Screen phone calls and redirect them when appropriate.

  • Maintain the executive agenda and assist in planning official engagements.

  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Chairman.
