Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum B.Sc (Honor’s) in Civil Engineering from any reputed University.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 15 to 20 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Designs construction projects of the organization by studying project concept, architectural drawings, and models.
∎ Prepare engineering design by collecting and studying reports, maps, drawings, blueprints, and other related topographical and geological data.
∎ Compute load and grade requirements, and material stress factors to determine design specifications.
∎ Confirms adherence to construction specifications and safety standards by monitoring project progress; inspecting construction site; verifying calculations and placements.
∎ Direct construction, operations, supervision and maintenance activities at project site.
∎ Estimate quantities and cost of materials, equipment, or labor to determine project feasibility
∎ Ensure quality and proper measurement of materials on delivery at the project site.
∎ Ensure maximum utilization of construction materials available in the site without any wastage.
∎ Test soils and materials to determine the adequacy and strength of foundations, concrete, asphalt, or steel.
∎ Provide technical advice regarding design, construction, or program modifications and structural repairs to the authority.
∎ Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
∎ Proficient in CAD, AutoCAD, Design, Site Development, Database Design, Planning, Conceptual, Legal Compliance, Drafting, Problem Solving.
∎ Ability to work maintaining schedule and within budgets
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
∎ Should have negotiating, supervisory and leadership skills

∎ Must work well in team oriented, fast-paced environment and have experience in the field job.
∎ Must be independently motivated and schedule-driven with a proven history of successful coordination and meeting deadlines and have a flexible schedule.
