∎ Age 22 to 28 years
∎ Ability to handle confidential information.
∎ Able to entry employee information into software.
∎ Must have good knowledge on computer application (MS word, Advance MS Excel, Bijoy Bangla.
∎ Must have knowledge on HRIS.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Collect daily, weekly or monthly timesheets.
∎ Process payroll for all employees accurately and on time.
∎ Comply, verify accuracy and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry.
∎ Maintain payroll records and ensure data integrity.
∎ Resolve any discrepancies or issues related to payroll.
∎ Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations regarding payroll processes.
∎ Collaborate with HR to update employee records as needed.
∎ Calculate overtime, bonuses and allowances.
∎ Prepare employees’ compensation by the end of each month using payroll software.
∎ Distribute payment statements and gather signed receipts.
∎ Report on payroll expenses.
∎ Enter new employee’s data into software and internal databases.
