Requirements:

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 40 years
∎ Minimum 10 years of experience in payroll management in a Managerial position in an export oriented and large Knit Composite factory independently.
∎ Database Knowledge: Proficient in Oracle 19c (OCP Certification) or above with PL/SQL query writing capabilities and SQL Server.
∎ Office Suite Skills: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, particularly Formulas (e.g., Operators, Constraints like: VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, etc. Report generation and data analysis.
∎ Reporting: Ability to generate and handle various payroll-related reports, including buyer-accepted reports, compliance reports, and other financial summaries.
∎ Software Developing: will be considered as additional eligibility
∎ In-depth knowledge of payroll processes, labor laws, taxation and statutory compliance.
∎ Experience in handling payroll audits, inspections and compliance assessments.
∎ Proficiency in payroll software and systems with experience implementing and managing payroll systems.
∎ Excellent understanding of financial principles and the ability to reconcile payroll with financial records.
∎ Strong attention to detail and accuracy in managing complex payroll calculation data.
∎ Good organizational and time management skills to meet strict payroll deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
∎ Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization and capable of leading the payroll team.
∎ High level of integrity and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information/data.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage end-to-end payroll processing, including collecting, calculating and inputting payroll data for all employees.
∎ Ensure accuracy and compliance with applicable laws, regulations and company policies while processing payroll.
∎ Administer and maintain payroll systems, ensure data integrity and implement system upgrades and enhancements.
∎ Collaborate with HR, Accounts & Finance and other departments to gather and validate payroll information, such as new hires, terminations, promotions and salary changes, etc.
∎ Monitor and resolve payroll discrepancies, investigating and resolving issues promptly and accurately.
∎ Generate payroll reports, salary sheets, including tax filings, benefits deductions and other required reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
∎ Address employee inquiries and concerns related to payroll, providing exceptional customer service and support.
∎ Maintain confidentiality and data security standards for all payroll-related information.
∎ Stay updated on payroll regulations, Bangladesh Labor Law, Bangladesh Tax laws and industry trends, implementing necessary changes to ensure compliance and best practices.

∎ AKH Knitting & Dyeing Ltd (AKDL) is a Knit Composite Factory having knitting, dyeing, garments, printing and embroidery. It's a sister concern of AKH Group doing business in garments sector ensuring best quality of product & customers satisfaction for more than 25 years.
∎ Key Job Responsibility:
