Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Minimum 3 - 5 years' Pattern Master experience in Denim with Branded European Buyers.
∎ Communication skill especially in English both speaking and writing.
∎ Computer knowledge in MS Word, MS Excel, Power Point Presentation.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Create and develop accurate patterns for woven/denim garments.
∎ Ensure pattern measurements align with design specifications and technical sheets.
∎ Collaborate with sample and production teams to ensure proper fit and functionality.
∎ CAD software (e.g., Gemini, Lectra, Gerber) for digital pattern making.
∎ Advance level skill in Gemini (CAD software) MS Office package will get preference.
∎ Conduct pattern grading and marker making as per buyer requirements.
∎ Solve Fit issues and modify Patterns as necessary.
∎ Have to Fit proper idea of pattern rectify with add shrinkage.
∎ Knowledge of fabric Consumption & reduce fabric wastage.
∎ Proper knowledge of buyer’s comments regarding pattern.
