∎ A bachelor's degree or any professional degree in fashion design, pattern making, or a related field will get extra preference.
∎ Proficient in pattern-making software (Lectra)
∎ Strong understanding of garment construction and fabrics.
∎ Excellent attention to detail and precision.
∎ Strong communication and collaboration skills.
∎ Technical drawing Fitting and adjustments
∎ Attention to detail Size grading Hand pattern making & cutting

∎ Create accurate and detailed patterns based on design sketches and specifications.
∎ Collaborate with designers to understand their vision and ensure patterns meet design requirements.
∎ Adjust patterns for different sizes and styles while maintaining design integrity.
∎ Work with sample makers and production teams to troubleshoot fitting issues and make necessary adjustments.
∎ Maintain and organise pattern files and documentation.
∎ Stay updated on industry trends and advanced pattern-making techniques.
∎ Job Context: The company is a Japan-based knit composite garment manufacturer. We specialise in fashionable knit tops and bottoms items. The agent has running operations globally.
