Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Educational qualifications may be relaxed for more experienced candidates.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have experience in GT CAD/BOK CAD.
∎ Reading and interpreting design models and blueprints.
∎ Measuring, cutting, and designing patterns in the material required.
∎ Double-checking the pattern dimensions and style.
∎ Sending the initial pattern for a manufacture check.
∎ Reporting back to company managers
∎ Ability to read and interpret blueprints and design models.
∎ Proficient with computer drafting software including CAD and responsible for overall CAD Dept.
∎ Have to make correct consumption of fabric perfectly.
∎ Have to prepare patterns for sample and production as per requirement.
∎ Have to implement cutting projection.
∎ Have to amend pattern when required
∎ Make a sample plan & arrange to get sample approval within the deadline.
∎ Technical troubleshooting in the sample as well as in bulk if arise any.
∎ Other tasks will be set up by the management from time to time.
∎ Able to communicate with buying house independently.
∎ Have to provide technical support to the production floor where necessary.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experienced in woven garments Industries & Vast Knowledge about CAD systems.
∎ Have to Support a team of Production Lines.
∎ Should have strong technical knowledge.
∎ Ability to understand buyer's comments on samples in styling and measurements.
∎ Should have sound knowledge on nature of fabrics for making correct sample as well as correct consumption.
∎ Strong Communication & Interpersonal Skills
∎ Excellent team playing aptitude with pleasant personality
∎ Have mentality to work in stress & long hours.
∎ Good computer knowledge is a must.
Salary: Tk. 40000 - 80000 (Monthly)
