∎ Minimum 8 year’s experience as outerwear Pattern Master.
∎ Should have strong knowledge in manual and computerized pattern making.
∎ Must have experience in GERBER software.
∎ Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Job Location: Factory at Bhaluka, Mymensingh
∎ Proficiently create and prepare development, SMS, Size Set, PPS Outerwear Pattern independently through Gerber Software.
∎ Workout the most efficient outerwear pattern for costing and buyers order/style.
∎ Arrange style wise outerwear pattern designing and pattern grading to ensure zero error cutting.
∎ Verify and check the pattern to ensure the accuracy of the measurement of the garments.
∎ Maintain CAD documents archive and retrieval for projects CAD software inventory.
∎ Communicate with Merchandiser/Production to make the product feasible for production and at the same time meeting buyer’s demand.
