∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ 5 to 10 years experience in relevant fields.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Fashion House.
∎ Minimum 5 years experience as a Pattern Master with woven & knit factory.
∎ Must be experienced Making Pattern.
∎ Able to work under pressure, Meet deadlines
∎ Should be proactive and dynamic.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Making Pattern
∎ Provide technical suggestion to factory pattern master how to control excess fabric consumption.
∎ Develop new sampling pattern with complete specification.
∎ Review and Understand customer comments on Sample.
∎ Assist factory pattern master to create grade and implement new patterns.
∎ Any other assignment by Head of plant or department.
∎ Report performance of Technical staffs at Factories.
∎ Duty Hours: 9am to 7pm
