Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Sales & Marketing Manager is responsible for driving the growth of the company's sales and marketing initiatives. This role involves developing and implementing strategies to enhance market presence, engage customers, and achieve revenue targets. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a creative mindset, and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
∎ Key Responsibilities:
∎ § Need to make marketing appointments and Visit daily accordingly
∎ § Need to send a daily business email to at least 100 plus customer
∎ § Need to make professional videos with a specialist person for a YouTube channel.
∎ § Need to publish posts for awareness and service related in LinkedIn, Facebook page, and a variety of groups.
∎ § Prepare professional sales and marketing plan.
∎ § Identify new customers for expansion.
∎ § Connect with business old and propose new channels to increase sales.
∎ § Analysis of the market potentialities, competitors' behavior, and market trends regularly and report to the management.
∎ § Proposal writing, Presentation slides preparation & demonstration.
∎ § Respond to and follow up on sales inquiries by email, telephone, and personal visits.
∎ § Maintaining and keeping records of day-to-day marketing activity.
∎ § Participate in clients' meetings and attend exhibitions, events, and workshops.
∎ § Ensure all assigned duties are carried out, and that resources are efficiently utilized.
∎ § Communicate with the Manager daily regarding current tasks, and assist in the planning of future tasks.
∎ Employment Status: Full-time

∎ Educational Requirements: Graduation and above
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Sales & Marketing, Digital Marketing, Video Editing, Word & Excel, and Presentation.
∎ Experience Requirements: At least 5 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area : Fashion House Industry
∎ Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Able to work under pressure and independently.
∎ Able to handle a team with proper guidelines.
∎ Strong interpersonal & communication skills.
∎ Applicants must have excellent knowledge of preparing various official documents in both English and Bengali.
