Knit garments
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Pattern making and Marker Making in CAD (By Gerber software)
∎ Shrinkage/Pattern Grouping, Pattern Corrections/ Balancing/ Adjustment according to the Fit Model.
∎ Ensure cost reduction by achieving optimum efficiency of CAD, and making hundred percent accurate markers.
∎ Communicate and Coordinate with the associates (Sample making, Cutting, merchandisers, technicians, seniors) and suppliers to reach the best consumption with quality and efficiency.
∎ Digitizing the patterns (given by the pattern maker), carrying out alterations, adjustments and grading as per instructions, and preparing a mini-marker for the calculation of the material consumption for costing purposes.
∎ Review and Understand buyer comments on Pattern & Sample and ensure necessary correction as required by buyer.
∎ Provide technical advice and support to customers, merchandising & production staff.
∎ Create a master pattern for each size within a range of garment sizes, using charts, drafting instruments and/or grading devices for bulk.
∎ To develop pattern with a view to Development of sample product.
∎ To prepare pattern for Fit Sample after confirming of order and hand over to Cutting.
∎ Support and advise the team/factories to find the best solution to reduce fabric wastage and to achieve maximum fabric use.
∎ Any other assignment assigned by the management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ CAD (Winda/GT CAD), Making pattern.
∎ Having good knowledge administration, marker drawing, calculation before the booking & bulk consumption.
∎ Should have mentality to work under pressure.
∎ Strong communication & interpersonal skill.
∎ Leadership Skills & Time Management.
