Pattern making
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must understand about shoe design & pattern.
∎ Successful incumbents have to work in the context of Pattern and Designing Technology.
∎ Create a master pattern for each size within a range of foot sizes, using charts, drafting instruments.
∎ To develop pattern with a view to Development of sample product.
∎ To prepare pattern for Fit Sample after confirming of order and hand over to Sample supervisor.
∎ Examine sketches, sample articles, and design specifications to determine quantities, shapes, and sizes of pattern parts, and to determine the amount of material to make a product.
∎ Lead Pattern & Marker team with full responsibility.
∎ Provide technical advice and support to merchandising & production staff.
∎ Any other assignment assigned by the management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 50 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ More than 5 years experience under Footwear Company.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the specific business area(s):
∎ Technical knowledge on Footwear Company will be given priority.
∎ Should have mentality to work under pressure.
∎ Strong communication & interpersonal skill.
∎ Time Management.
∎ English Speaking and Report Writing.
Salary: Tk. 35000 (Monthly)
