Job Context:
∎ Rising Group, a leading manufacturer and exporter of Apparel & Attire from Bangladesh is equipped with the most modern and latest machinery having 06 knit & 01 woven Garments manufacturing units in Mirpur, Ashulia, Dhamrai and Gazipur. The Group also owns textile units & two spinning mills having an area of two production of knit fabric, dyeing, finishing, washing, one printing, button and thread manufacturing units.
∎ The company is looking for an experience Pattern Maker-CAD.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To examine sketches, sample articles and design specifications to determine quantities, shapes and sizes of patterns, to calculate fabric and accessories consumption.
∎ To create patterns in CAD software as per Buyer specification and design requirement.
∎ To execute size grading, maker and consumptions with the best efficiency.
∎ Creating designs to be used as the basis for finished products.
∎ To review customer orders for accuracy and making any necessary adjustments to ensure satisfaction with the finished product.
∎ To implement pattern grading for various sizes to maintain consistency across the product range.
∎ To make necessary adjustment to patterns based on feedback from buyer.
∎ To work closely with M & M team how fast can give support to buyer on price/costing, consumption & technical aspects.
∎ To assist production unit to achieve efficiency, workmanship according to the buyers’ requirements.
∎ To ensure all technical parameters in sample and bulk production are meet with buyer’s requirement.
∎ To adjust pattern to ease bulk production based on buyers’ requirements.
∎ To consulting with marketing staff to develop a brand image for the company or product line.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 24 years
∎ Must have practical job experience and knowledge in Garments Pattern making.
∎ Preference will be given candidates have previous work experience with buyer such as ; Next, Zara, Inditex, Crew Clothing, Kiabi, etc.
Salary: Negotiable
