∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ At least 3/5 years experience in the similar field;
∎ Strong leadership, organizational & problem solving skills;
∎ Ability to manage and motivate a diverse team;
∎ Sound knowledge on digital marketing;
∎ Must have experience on Amusement park and Resort.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee and coordinate the daily operations of the park;
∎ Ensure that all operations are carried out with standards;
∎ Supervise support staff to maintain seamless service delivery;
∎ Monitoring Ticket counter, rides sales operations;
∎ Handle operational issues, emergencies and customer complaints in a timely & professional manner;
∎ Supervise & coordination with daily labor, park cleaner, gardener, security, ticket counter & ride sales;
∎ Responsible for all operations in absence of Park Operation Manager;
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the management from time to time.
